Unfortunately, Judge Thomspon did not allow a review of the actual ballot affidavits despite the fact that the whole basis of Lake's original complaint was that thousands of bad signatures were illegally accepted.

Lake's attorneys were forced to craft an entirely different argument based on the parameters they were given. The fact that the signature verification was rushed is only half of the story...
