It still must be decided by the trial court judge whether or not to advance Lake’s signature claim or dismiss it altogether.

The signature claim was sent back to the trial court for further review. No decision has been made yet.

The only change that has occurred, is that the state Supreme Court has finally made a decision regarding sanctions…

The pending sanctions were preventing trial court judge Thompson from moving forward. Now that they’ve resolved that issue, Thompson is free to make a ruling. Buka / Bagaimana
