She was asked to prove not just that there was a lack of signature verification in Maricopa, but also that the outcome of the election was changed by this failure to adhere to the law.

Unfortunately, Judge Thomspon did not allow a review of the actual ballot affidavits despite the fact that the whole basis of Lake's original complaint was that thousands of bad signatures were illegally accepted.

Lake's attorneys were forced to craft an entirely different argument based on the parameters they were given. The fact that the signature verification was rushed is only half of the story... The real story is that the RESULT of the rushed signature verification was that thousands of illegal signatures were accepted.
