Job Scope:
Ok to do OT if required (till 9pm/10pm)
Attend to customers' inquiry
Prepare and process booking request
Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
Manage expectations and complaints
Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
Verify invoices from vendor
Other adhoc duties
