ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Singaporeans Only

Jurong East (Toh Guan)
Working Hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm
Monday to Friday
: Up to $3200/month

Job Scope:
Group AR & AP overseas Global Netting
-Include checking, declaring, settlement & clearance & reconciliation
-Create Statement of Account
-Reconcile of AR & AP
-Retrieval of invoices from system
-Netting declaration
-SAP clearance & off-set
TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
Follow-up inquiry & disputes
Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
Distribution of output to respective division
Other adhoc duties

Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy
Min 5 years experience in accounting on global netting and keeping full set of accounts
Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company preferred
Familiar with SAP accounting system
