HR EXECUTIVE (TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT)

Up to $4200/month

Job Requirements:
Min Diploma/Degree holder with relevant working experience
Min 2-3 years of experiences in training and payroll
Possess sound knowledge of employment act and statutory guidelines
High level of integrity and takes accountability of work

Job Scope:
Preparation, facilitation, coordination and conduction of various training programs (orientation, vendor training, etc)
Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement
Managing and preparing documents for various trainings
Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits
Other adhoc duties assigned
