If this passes, it goes to the Governor who has already stated his support.

This family found out this week that their daughter who uses a wheelchair gets put in a rescue room and has to wait for the fire department to come get her and others that are unable to use the stairs.

If your child has an IEP you may want to find out what the evacuation plan is, and adjust it to cover their safety. Even if they can walk but may freeze in situations like this, you can request a transport chair.

This has been confirmed in at least two MN districts.

It should NOT be a crime to choose medical practices that have been around for hundreds of years and are still effectively used worldwide. The US laws and courts should not consider "the medicine man" as superior to all other forms of care.
