In honor of Mother’s Day, we’d like to share an opportunity to pour love into a mama who, for the first time her entire life, is celebrating this day safe, after fleeing with her children from domestic abuse. This is a smidge outside our normal work but we have always been a community above all else, & this mom has fought for this state & poured herself into helping those with children with developmental disabilities for years. Her friends have partnered with Gathering Hope MN to raise funds for her legal support. What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than to help a newly free family stay safe? #ChooseJoy
