Some guys are asking what happens if you are trapped by ACB...
1. Media hulchul - degradation - family suffering
2. put in Jail for 4-6 months
3. The department immediately places u on suspension (means half salary). No posting for at least 1.5 to 2 yrs unless u do some influence to get reinstated.
4. forget about promotion.
5. Depending on the case either police or department will conduct an enquiry and submit to court. If proved guilty, dismissal from service (if dismissed, life long no eligibility for any govt job). If proved not guilty, all benefits, remaining half salary during suspension period restored.
Why I said life in TSSPDCL is risky..?
Corruption has been there since the start of the world. But compared to other departments it is possible in TSSPDCL to happen on a high frequency basis, as it is an essential service provider to the public. Even if u don't have intention, u will be forced to catch the bribe amount knowingly or unknowingly.
What is the solution then?
Be clear about ur purpose and maintain precautions and let everyone know that u are against bribes... then no one will even touch you... they make comments on your back but you are the king...
