Vacancy : Automation & IoT Engineer ( Kamunting, Taiping - Based at Mafipro Sdn Bhd)

Requiremet & Job Scope
· Degree in Engineering Field
· Minimum 3 years’ Experience
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to improve and streamline the company's processes and operations. The job duties include:
· Design and development: Design, develop, and implement automation systems and IoT solutions that meet the requirements of the organization.
· System integration: Integrate automation systems and IoT devices into existing systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and operation.
· Testing and validation: Test and validate automation systems and IoT solutions to ensure that they meet performance and reliability standards.
· Project management: Manage automation and IoT projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Problem-solving: Identify and resolve problems with automation systems and IoT devices, including hardware and software issues, network connectivity problems, and system malfunctions.
· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation systems and IoT solutions, including schematics, test plans, and user manuals.
· Maintenance and support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for automation systems and IoT devices, including software updates, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting.


· Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in automation and IoT, and identify opportunities to improve automation systems and IoT solutions.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure that automation systems and IoT solutions meet the needs of the organization.
· Training and development: Provide training and development opportunities for personnel who work with automation systems and IoT devices, including training on new technologies and processes.
The candidate for this role should have a strong background in software development and programming, as well as experience with automation tools and techniques. He/she should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
