Job Description:Sales team engagement Supervisor
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedSales team engagement Supervisor
to join our organization. The Sales team engagement will play a crucial role in Managing motivation and development programs for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Designing motivational programs and tracking performance for the entire sales team, including salespeople and administrators.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and developing motivation and activation programs through electronic applications that were previously applied in other companies
Creating motivational ideas for the sales team and developing systems to follow them
Working on applications to develop and motivate employees through gamification such as (Samsung Points) and others.
Responsibility for announcing the list of ideal employees from the work team and the accompanying incentive programs
Cooperation with different departments is one of the best forms of motivation for employees
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the required field
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
