Please take note of the following issues:
1) We have identified an issue where some applicants' application process is still pending, even though they have completed the application and made payment through Telebirr. We would like to assure the applicants that we are working in collaboration with Ethio-telecom to resolve this issue. We will reconcile the payment data and import the applicants' information to ensure that they can access their Admission Tickets.
2) It has come to our notice that some applicants have not received their username and password via email. To address this problem, we have devised the following solutions:
a) In order to ensure that candidates receive their user credentials in a timely manner, we will be sending the details to the coordinators of their respective universities beforehand. This will allow the coordinators to distribute the credentials to the candidates directly.
b) Candidates will have the option to request their user credentials by sending an email through the registration portal. By following this process, candidates will be able to access their credentials conveniently.
3) To address another concern that has arisen regarding the appearance of incorrect photos on some candidates' Admission Tickets, candidates can resolve the problem by regenerating their Admission Tickets. They can do this by visiting the designated
link and entering their application number, mobile number, or email address. This will initiate the process of generating a new Admission Ticket with the correct photo.
