Every time actual verifiable violations of election law are found, they write it off as "more training needed"... because they won't touch the matter of whether there was any INTENT.
However, on the BRIGHT SIDE... every time they are caught violating specific laws & rules... it becomes FAR HARDER for them to repeat that trick again. I'll take the progress we can get.
