2024-06-19 13:58:55 1.Sir is it advisable to make notes between pre and mains gap?

-> Yes, a must. Short crisp notes. We will discuss this.

2.Should we also look previous year pt 365 mains?

-> No. Unnecessary.

3.When should we join test series as i didnt complete my syllabus.I heard u said before that we should'nt run after mock test.

-> First analyse the PYQ, start writing 8-10 GS questions everyday (1 Hour) and 4-5 optional questions (1 Hour) from Monday(24th June) for 10-12 days.. Then increase the time to 2 hours.

2024-06-18 21:05:01 Strategy for those preparing for mains - FIRST WEEK

1. Take previous year mains question papers. Read all the questions 3-4 times (don’t be lazy to do this )

2. Now take paper wise GS syllabus. Like GS 1,2,3,4

3. Now read first syllabus point and then read question papers again.. Write down all the questions asked on this particular syllabus point.

4. Do it for all the papers and all the syllabus points. (including Optional paper)

5. Similarly read all essay topics asked till now and segregate them them wise (according to GS)

This is most most crucial and important step in mains preparation. Though categorisation is available in market that won’t help, do it yourself (that’s what analysing and understanding the demand of the exam is)

I will keep posting and guiding regularly via telegram and YouTube video.

Will post a video soon.

Till then do the above exercise and thank me later

2024-06-14 12:48:04 SOME TIPS

1. Get a Good Night’s Sleep: Ensure you sleep for 8-9 hours tonight and tomorrow night. It's natural to feel anxious and have trouble sleeping, but prioritize eating well and resting.

2. Stay Hydrated: Keep yourself well-hydrated throughout the day.

3. Be Fresh During the Exam: Strive to be as alert and fresh as possible during your exam.

4. Maintain a Positive Mindset: Keep a positive attitude. Your preparation is sufficient to clear the prelims if you remain calm, use common sense, and get the easy questions right.

5. Focus on Easy and Medium Questions: It's more important to correctly answer easy and medium-level questions than to stress over difficult ones.

6. Don’t Be Intimidated by Difficult Questions: Remember, difficult questions are challenging for everyone. Don’t let them bother you.

7. Attempt as Many Questions as Possible: Try to attempt as many questions as you can.

8. Read All Questions: Make sure to read all 100 questions carefully.

9. Fill the OMR Sheet Promptly: Fill in the OMR sheet as soon as you solve a question. Don’t leave it for the end.

10. Treat Each Question Seriously: Each question is worth 2 marks and can impact your chances of clearing the prelims. Approach each question with sincerity and dedication.

11. Relax Your Mind: Take time to relax today and tomorrow. Avoid reading any new compilations or materials labeled as “most important areas/questions” at this moment.

12. Don’t Worry About the Cut-Off: Don’t think about the cut-off, whether it will be high or low.

13. Believe in Your Hard Work: Trust that your hard work and dedication will pay off.

Stay calm, stay positive, and give your best effort. You've got this!

2024-04-21 12:47:19 For ancient, medieval history and questions on culture, architecture first read basic books.. don’t refere to more sources.

Even if basic books are done you won’t be able to answer all the PYQ from this sections.

For this first classify and segregate all the questions according to the topic, section and subsection.

Then refer solution from vision ias or any other answer booklet and later google every question and its options.. and take brief notes of it in your notes.

It will give you fair idea about all the questions and build your logic so that you can answer questions easily with your logic and smartness ( but revise it many times )

And use map methods for studying this part.
