In 5 minutes we will be sending an email to 4,700 people that will be migrated to cTrader today.

Please take note that as of 4PM EST today you must ensure that the following is complete:

Please close all open trades by 4PM EST to ensure the most up to date balance is reflected within your new cTrader account. If you do not close your open trades, they will be closed for you.

Your new cTrader account will be the same account type and balance as your DXtrade account as of 4PM EST today, once all positions are closed. Your cTrader username can be found by going to the account overview page of your dashboard and clicking the "Credentials" button. Spotware, the company that created cTrader, will separately email you with your login details and an email to set up your cTrader ID password.

We’ve felt the unrest and heard your concerns. It’s time for an open conversation and for you to get answers.

Join us this Friday, March 15, at 9 AM EST for a Community Update. We will cover February’s achievements including hitting $150 million in payouts. Then we will cover several important topics concerning the DXtrade Platform, Payout Denials, Payout Delays, and more.

The community update will run from 9 AM to 10 AM. Following this, we will conduct a live Q&A inside of discord channel named # ⁠ ╏ceoforum . The chat will open for questions at 10:00 AM EST and close at 10:15 AM EST. Afterwards our CEO, Angelo will address all of the questions in the forum. Our goal is to provide as much transparency as possible during this time. You are not going to want to miss this one.

We have migrated 30% of the accounts from DXtrade to cTrader successfully. We are continuing to migrate accounts that have requested through the live chat. Expect to hear updates if you are waiting to be transferred over. We are still discussing additional compensations for last weeks DXtrade downtime. Even if you migrate to cTrader, if you were affected you will be compensated.
