This interview with Jack Dona and Seth Keshel has now been cancelled.

Apparently some people in AZ are bound and determined that a guy running as a Trump/MAGA candidate for office continue to be allowed to lie about having served in combat in Vietnam.

Phone calls were made. The station decided to cancel the interview with both Sgt. Dona and Captain Keshel.

Vetting a candidate who has been lying for months to the voters and the media and to other candidates about military service is NOT 'attacking them' and it's not 'acting like a Democrat'.

It is providing a public service on behalf of the voting public. Anybody spinning that as some kind of partisan attack immediately has to be looked at carefully.

Truth never takes a backseat to politics. Not for me and not for anybody with their head screwed on straight.

It's time for Steve Slaton to tell the truth. And drop out of this race.
