*Software Developer (Ruby on Rails)*
*Job Description*
As a senior front-end developer on our development team, you would be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to deployment. You would be expected to significantly shape the technical future of our platform. Apart from that, you have excellent product skills and know what good UX means. You can take a design made by a designer to implementation and make it dynamic in Ember.js.
As the ideal candidate you should have previously built large scale web systems and be excited about helping the company scale.
On a technical level you should have at least three years of experience with the framework Ember.JS. Knowledge of both Ruby on Rails and Ember is a big plus. Our stack on the back-end is a mix of Ruby on Rails and Postgresql, so knowledge of these is considered benefitial.
Furthermore you should take pride in your software craftsmanship and value clean code. We have a strong focus on code reviews, clean code and are always building quality software.
*Qualifications*
1. +5 years of programming experience in a corporate environment;
2. Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions for debugging;
3. Willingness to share your ideas to improve design´s decisions;
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development;
5. Good at interacting in English with your colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
