Shortly after sending a series of 4:00 AM emails to his personal lawyer, stating "no one wants to hear the truth", Bernie Madoff's eldest son Mark was discovered dead in his apartment hanging 'from a black dog leash, around a pipe in the ceiling'.

The first person on-scene was Mark's father-in-law, attorney Martin London, best known for his work on behalf of Spiro Agnew in the 1973 investigation of the then-Vice President for criminal conspiracy, bribery, extortion, and tax fraud. London's other notable clients include tobacco corporation Brown & Williamson, financial corporation Citigroup, and non-profit organization Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette whom he represented *pro bono*. In 2018, London called on President Donald Trump to resign.

Mark Madoff's death in 2010 was quickly ruled a suicide.

Here is a now-forgotten MSNBC report from Tom Costello, detailing how AP journalists conducted a 5-month long "water study" across 50 major US cities, and discovered chemical cocktails of pharmaceutical drugs were present in half of them. These cocktails included anything from blood pressure and cholesterol medications, to mood stabilizers, human reproductive hormones, and epilepsy drugs.

Nothing was ever done with the results from this study.

Taiwanese lawmakers got into physical altercations in parliament Friday 5/17 over government reforms, just before President-elect Lai Ching-te takes office without a legislative majority. The altercations ranged from screaming at one another, to tackling and pulling colleagues to the floor. Scuffles later erupted in the afternoon.
