Marcus Cohen was the "mysterious" lobbyist for Zelensky, who met with Alexander Vindman and many others leading up to Trump's impeachment call. It' safe to say there was nothing mysterious about it, as he was former coworkers with likely CIA agent (expelled from Moscow for recruiting spies) and former EDNY Prosecutor Tom Firestone. Firestone is a Trump hating coward heavily involved with the USUBC. ANYHOW...in my entire time of look at FARA docs, I don't think I have come across this before (maybe someone else here has and you can point me to it), where an agent's address is listed as "On file with the DOJ".
