We experienced an outage during this period due to routine maintenance at our data center, which included replacing some faulty hardware. As part of this maintenance, we also implemented service improvements to better serve you in the future.
We understand that this caused inconvenience, and we apologize for the disruption. The service is now fully restored, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Additionally, there was an error due to the deployment of the wrong setup by the technical team. We are addressing this issue to prevent it from happening again in the future.
