एक NGO है अभिनव समाज... उसके letter head का इस्तेमाल करके राजशेखर के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने के लिए एक Legal Notice भिजवाया गया. उस legal notice का सहारा ले कर दिल्ली सरकार ने राजशेखर के ऑफिस में छापा मार कर ढेरों document  उठा लिए, गायब करवा दिए.. और उनका ऑफिस बंद कर दिया.

दिल्ली सरकार ने राजशेखर को भ्रष्ट बताना शुरू कर दिया.. उनका character assassination करना शुरू कर दिया.

कल उस NGO अभिनव समाज के CEO GK Gupta ने केजरी-सरकार को नोटिस भेजकर कहा है कि मैंने VSec राजशेखर की कोई शिकायत नहीं की... हमारी संस्था ने कोई Legal Notice नहीं भेजा. मैंने 1999 में उनके अंडर काम किया है और वो एक ईमानदार अफसर हैं, और मैं उनसे कई सालों से नहीं मिला.

वहीं राजशेखर भी कह रहे हैं कि भेजा गया Legal Notice Fake है.

एक fake notice पर कार्यवाही करने वाली सरकार अपने आपको पढ़ी लिखी बताती है... है ना कमाल की बात.

दिल्ली सरकार अगर फिर से यह मुद्दा सुप्रीम Court ले कर जायेगी, तो यह Fake Legal Notice उनके गले की फांस बनेगा. Buka / Bagaimana
