Important Update
DXtrade Second Server
We have officially enabled the second server for all new and upgraded accounts to ensure further stability more forward on this platform. If you see any issue related to swaps, commissions, execution, data, charting, etc please be sure to report it via our ticket system. The mobile application for IOS and Android is finally near completion and will launch in the next two weeks max.
Wrongful EMR Breaches
Tomorrow we will be actioning enabling the 1,000+ accounts that were wrongly breached due to EMR. Expect to receive notifications around this if you were affected
Second Round of Compensation
The second round of compensation should be actioned either late tomorrow or early next week.
DXtrade Challenge Accounts:
Additional 5% of current phase profit target deposited into account
DXtrade Funded Accounts:
50% off coupon eligible for any challenge of one account size lower than current highest starting balance Funded account (Example: Active 300K Funded Standard Challenge account will receive 50% off coupon eligible for any 200K challenge or lower)
Breached Challenge / Funded Accounts:
Adjust balance to 1% above the breach equity level that was breached + unbreach account + keep active trading days (Example: if your account was breached during the downtime period by max daily drawdown at a level of 105,000, your account balance would be updated to 106,050 [105,000 x 1.01] and unbreached)
New Alternative Platforms
We are pushing forward with Matchtrade and Tradelocker as the next platforms that we offer.
Free Commissions
We are piloting free commissions for all active challenge accounts until April 5th and then will determine what level commissions will return to.
Company Roadmap
We will be putting together a 3 month roadmap which will cover how we will deliver on all the resolutions and enhancements to improve your experience at TFT. This will include new platforms, payout delays, removal of any "hidden rules", etc. We will deliver this to you early next month.
