-هذا الحالة تسمى متلازمة راي ( Reye's (Reye) syndrome ) و هي حالة نادرة لكنها خطيرة // تصيب الطفل بسبب اعطائه الاسبرين بعد الاصابة ب viral infection or chicken pox (الحمى الفايروسية او الجدري المائي) // تسبب هذه المتلازمة :تورم الكبد و الدماغ
الاعراض:

لذلك من اجل تجنب هذه الحالة :
For the treatment of fever or pain, consider giving your child infants' or children's over-the-counter fever and pain medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) as a safer alternative to aspirin.

لعلاج الالم و ارتفاع الحرارة و تجنب المتلازمة، تستخدم : الأسِيتامينُوفين (تيلينول وغيره) أو الأيبوبروفين (أدفيل وموترين وغيرها) كبديل آمن للأسبرين
