What is Past Life Regression? (Part 1)
You don't have to believe in reincarnation or a past life concept for this approach to work. P L R successfully works even for those who do not have faith in reincarnation. However, it is not a matter of faith or belief at all, it is simply a fact that is well established, rational, scientific and logical. It fits into all oriental ways of perceiving life phenomenon.
Past Life Regression is the method to understand your own past lives. The hypothesis is that the problems of the present may be due to the blockages in the past. This is the namely the mechanism of trauma. All negativity of the past may reflect in the form of negative emotions or diseases, manifesting in the present. In this way the identity of incarnated entity, depending on the level of spiritual development and growth of the individual, can be subjected to many factors which were mentioned earlier, factors like belief system culture, religious, social norm and forms and so on, these factors wrovide context or material for identification of that entity. That entity is therefore bond to take an identity. This is what has been happening through human history.
Perhaps this is the most profound and trans-formative effect of PLR, To annihilate a false sense of identity or to enlighten the concept of spiritual identity which the result of direct knowledge and cognition, not something given by the external authorities to adopt. In all the sphere of being, From star dust to solidity, to liquidity, gas form, ether, consciousness, and life forms. From microbe to uni cell, to plants, animals and so on.
