Alhamdulillah. Since I had less than 15 days to prepare, I'm happy with the outcome.
First, I'd like to thank this group. I learned a lot about the exam from here. Second, I'd like to thank Rashed Vai for his YouTube videos and website. Banglayielts website was a godsend to me as I took computer-delivered IELTS.
I am not an expert, but I would like to provide some suggestions. I wholeheartedly agree that practice makes perfect, but I believe that quality should always come before quantity. If you are unable to identify your flaws, then taking several practice tests or mock exams won't help. Cambridge 10–18 is more than enough for the reading and listening modules. The most recent book by Makkar will be helpful for the speaking module. However, personally, it didn't assist me much, especially when faced with an astronomy-related cue card . I read Rachel Mitchel's book to learn about the structure of writing tasks 1 and 2.
I will recommend computer-delivered exams to everyone due to their practical advantages.
· You do not have to turn pages, which is a major distraction for reading module.
· The writing module displays the word count.
· Results will be sent to you in three to five days, and there will, of course, be one skill retake.
