Position: IT Helpdesk
Placement: Semarang, Bali, Jakarta

Requirements:
• Age 22-30 years old
• Minimum SMK, maximum S-1 degree (Information of Technology or other related Major) from reputable university with any discipline
• Basic networking skill: routing, TCP/IP
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Familiar with Networking (LAN & WAN)
• Good communication & Interpersonal Skill
• Good knowledge in computer hardware troubleshoot
• Good knowledge in windows operation troubleshoot
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Hard worker and have a strong responsibility
• Dynamic, confident, self-starter with strong team player spirit, initiative and results-oriented
• Live in Semarang, Bali, Jakarta

Job description:
• Assist in problem customer
• 1st analytical problem
• Monitoring link is delivered to customer
• T/Shoot hardware device
• Ready to work in shift
