1. The new cooperative bank requires that the withdrawal time be uniformly adjusted to 9:00-11:00 am from Monday to Friday, and the account will be received within 24 hours.
2. After withdrawal, the balance must be greater than or equal to the total amount of recharge, otherwise the withdrawal review cannot be passed, and the team signal transaction cannot be performed
