Care for Our Countrymen in the Visayas Continues
Negros Oriental, Philippines — The ongoing series of Lingap sa Mamamayan (Care for Humanity) by Iglesia Ni Cristo in the Visayas extended its help to the province of Negros Oriental to provide care packages for those affected by this past El Niño phenomenon and the recent eruption of Mount Kanlaon which worsened their living conditions and earning a living.
Much-needed assistance was provided to the residents of Tayasan town and Canlaon City in Negros Oriental, particularly with everyday necessities.
The Supervising Minister of the Ecclesiastical District of Negros Del Norte, Brother Raul Gonzales, led the care package distribution.
