Calories per 100g: 101/3/1/21 Oatmeal 300g
Raisin 40 g
Non-fat kefir 300 ml
Honey or agave syrup 3 tbsp.
Cinnamon, vanilla
Dried fruit as desired

Soak oatmel in kefir for 40 minutes, raisin in boiling water.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 180° C!
