Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd Hiring for B.tech. (Civill) - Fresher's -2022 & 2023 - Trainee cad Engineer Position.

Guidelines:
Terms and conditions of employment for B. Tech Civil

1. 3 years service agreement
2. Rs.1,00,000 Bank Guarantee Up on successful completion of 3 years candidate can encash bank guarantee.
3. Starting compensation is 20,000 Fixed pay(Which includes Statutory Benefits) and 3,000 Retention Bonus.
4.Retention Bonus will be Rs. 3000 per month for 3 years, candidate eligible for this retention bonus for 36 months * Rs.3000 = Rs. 1,08,000/- INR.
5.You are not entitled for retention bonus, if you leave the company on or before completion of 3.5 years.
6.Their first appraisal will be after 1 year on fixed pay based on performance.


Selection criteria:
Pre-placement talk.
Written test
Qualified students will attend a technical interview and HR round at our company premises.
Offer letters will be issued at our office.

Eligibility Criteria:
1.Thorough out Academic 10/10+2 with above 70%
2.B.E/B. Tech/Diploma in CIVILi with above 65% and without any backlogs.
