Announcement on Era Gene Update Delay
Era Gene originally planned to update and upgrade the server on February 16. Due to force majeure events during the update period, some user data was lost/errored.
The company has contacted the server provider Amazon at the time of the incident to apply for the recovery of lost/erroneous user data.
At present, according to the information fed back by Amazon Cloud Data Service Center, the estimated data recovery time is 7-15 days.
This will be shorter or longer depending on feedback from the server provider Amazon.
Due to the long waiting time, Era Gene will give all users a compensation plan.
