Job title: Social Media Specialist
Job Location: Damascus - Malki
Job Type: Full Time - On-site
Salary : From 3,000,000 To 3,500,000
Working days: from Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies by setting SMART goals and an appropriate method to achieve these goals.
- Publish content and schedule posts that resonate with the target audience to attract them to the brand and increase engagement on social media platforms.
- Execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Create pages on various platforms to increase the visibility of the company's content to the target audience.
- Develop a calendar (weekly, monthly) for content ideas on social media platforms.
- Monitor all algorithm changes occurring on social media platforms.
- Contribute to analyzing the results of the company's executed campaigns and provide findings and suggestions.
- Interact with the audience through messages and comments, responding to all inquiries on social media.
- Keep up with the latest trends and choose appropriate ones for posting on social media.
- Monitor influencer pages, analyze their performance and strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) and other paid ad platforms
- Utilize social media tools to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on each platform, analyze results, and compile a report with recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the same field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (Writing , Conversation)
