Position: HR Employer & Culture Brand Manager

Format: Full-time
Responsibilities: - Creating communication campaigns for the company’s internal and external channels;
- Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media;
- Taking part in creating and publishing quality content: posts for social media, articles, cases, interviews, internal announcements, newsletters, presentations, etc;
- Planning and organizing corporate celebrations and internal events together with the team;
- Staying up to date with the trends in the HR marketing and employer branding.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Employer branding, Brand management, or a related field;
- Experience in writing texts of various styles;
- Experience with SMM and event planning;
- Ability to create effective ideas and implement them;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects with high attention to detail;
